To conduct business requirement gathering sessions to produce Functional Business Requirement related documentation

Proactively review and identify potential changes and system improvements for consideration

Develop and implement IT operation and maintenance work plans according to the requirements of the company

Responsible for day-to-day IT operations and maintenance of IT systems not limited to eCommerce site and integration system

Liaise with various departments and understand their business needs and requirements

Liaise with group IT and vendors to resolve system or technical issues

To lead and manage the complete process of IT projects, deployments, system changes from preparation, implementation and testing

Prepare reports, technical documents, implementation plan and user's manual

Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related disciplines

At least 5 years of related experience, preferably in E-Commerce or logistic industry

Knowledge in ERP system, eCommerce system

Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience with Project Proposal / Request for Proposal, Vendor Evaluation and Testing Plan is preferable

Excellent written and verbal command of English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
